I really get upset by the nonsense conflicts, it must be so hard when you find yourself in the firing line! IAs I've watched conflicts unfolding at times, I've wondered if DR is a paid to disrupt and discredit troll. One to be cautious about if she's out to protect 'others'. As time brings us closer to Lucy being back in the media, everyone pushing the reality of neonatal hyperinsulinaemia, the impacts of giving bolus IV glocose, effects of sepsis etc, other units closed in Wales, including one with infection issues.... It can only be a good thing. It's just a question of coordinating efforts to get things trending perhaps and countering trolls.
Certainly a good video in support of an Appeal, but I wish they had left the lip licking as part of normal speech and then gone back and accentuated it. The female Police Inspector at about 11 mins also lip licked.
Ceri has produced an excellent Video here, which shows Lucy in a good light..... a welcome change.
It also calls in to question the testimony of certain others, including Mr. Ravi Jayaram, and is very interesting especially regarding the "other" Lucy, a Trainee Doctor.
I hope this very enlightening Video may be used as FRESH EVIDENCE to present in Lucy's favour when her Appeal is granted.
Well I have not been able to see Ceri's documentary but I think probably when a person is doing very good research work, upending tired ideas, then others are attracted to that to platform themselves, I do think since your were a source for the work, you should of course have been included and it was not generous to exclude you. I just think that would have been the fairest thing to do.

Yes, i agree with you that we have to be careful not to belabour the "Conspiracist Theory" idea......sticking to the known FACTS of Lucy's case is the best way to ensure that she has a good chance for being found Innocent by the Court of Appeal. I believe Lucy to be totally Innocent....always have done, from when i first heard of her distressing case.
I would just like to add that, in my view, the Court should not allow Witnesses to "hide" behind Anonymity....which unfortunately happened at trial in Lucy's case. I would like to think that the upcoming Thirlwall Inquiry in the Autumn of this year, will ensure this does NOT happen again, and, similarly, that a Judge can not prevent Witnesses from Testifying, again as happened during Lucy's original trial / conviction.
I realise that "Judges' Prerogative" can apply (and clearly did, when Judge Goss stopped at least two important Witnesses from appearing / testifying for Lucy's Defence).
This was, in my view, totally wrong, and skewed the outcome. My opinion.

' I AM EVIL, I DID THIS' has been taken as evidence that by her own words she is confessing to the killing of the babies.
But I don't read the note that way. First comes the allegations against her ' they said.... i.e . What she is being accused of. (murder of infants)
Then comes the dawning on her what these allegations mean about her. They mean she summarizes' I AM EVIL, I DID THIS'. The capital letters are an attempt to take home into herself the enormity of the allegations against her.
Lucy note is all of a piece, the sentence ' I AM EVIL.. follows on from the allegations made against her.
My view of this sentence properly understood is not that it can be taken out of context as a declaration of guilt but is a summary of what the allegations about her mean for her character . They mean these allegations she is an evil person who committed murder.
So I don't think that last sentence can be taken as a confession or be separated from the contextual sense of the note.
The sentence is a summary of what the allegations made against her amount to they amount to ' I am evil, I did this'. An internal summary of what the accusations mean to say about her character is what this sentence in capitals is.
Excellent but I wish the media would report such truths. Honestly the trial is abhorrent abuse of the criminal justice system. I wish they would allow expert witnesses to be prosecuted and jailed if they mislead the justice system and jury.

Lucy is known to have written in her Personal Diary - EYE CLINIC and PRESCRIPTION : alongside the “secret code” nonsense - Lucy has / had HYPOTHYROIDISM and OPTIC NEURITIS - both conditions could have had a bearing on Lucy’s apparently “bizarre behaviour” reported during her “trial”. One condition causes - among other things - slow Metabolism and the other condition causes - among other things - blurring of Vision. I think we can see the possible implications for a Nurse, working in a highly critical Baby Care Unit - YET, Police and Prosecution CHOSE to ignore these Diary Entries seemingly in favour of the “nonsense secret code” LO - LD. Completely right, in this case and probably in a good many others juries are not fit for purpose.
